Saturday the 20th of February is the World Day of Social Justice, an international day highlighting the importance of social justice around the world. Social justice covers issues such as poverty, exclusion, gender equality, unemployment, human rights and social protections. These issues continue to affect the lives of people on a daily basis, which means it’s more important than ever to take a stand against inequality and educate our world.
This year's World Day of Social Justice theme, as decided by the United Nations, focuses on the digital economy. You can learn more about this here.
Adopt Me care about social justice, and feel it’s important to educate our community on real-world issues surrounding inequality and discrimination, which is why we wanted to share a few resources for our young and older players and followers to take a look at.
