Halloween: Hauntlet Returns Notes!
Published:
Happy update day! The Hauntlet returns for its second year, but things have changed since your last visit... 🚪
Introducing Hauntlet 2!
Patchy has left the building. There’s new management in Hauntlet 2. Bolt has taken over, and he's made a few changes of his own, too.
As you progress through, you'll find that there has been a renovation, where Bolt has added new doors and areas for you to explore. Keep playing Hauntlet 2 to unlock more of the Journal to find out about these doors!
At certain points, you'll have a choice of which area to enter, with each path offering different risks and rewards. Choose the same area as your friends to stay together, or you'll be split up!
We've also made some changes to make Hauntlet easier to tackle as a team. Items now work for everyone in the room, giving your whole group the information they need to make better decisions together.
- 🌈 Rainbow Wand - Dispells ALL ghosts in the room. Be gone!
- 📱 Phone - Bolt ALWAYS LIES on the phone. Don't follow the arrow!
- 🗝️ Key - Unlocks a safer, richer path.
- 🗝️ Golden Key - Opens its matching door.
- ❤️ Heart Potion - Restores all missing Red Hearts.
- 💛 Golden Heart Potion - Grants an additional Red Heart, but does not restore empty Hearts.
- 👻 Ghost Potion - Grants a temporary Heart that protects you from damage for one door.
Choose your path carefully, stick with your friends, and see if you can escape Hauntlet 2!

The Pro Ghost Blaster has a couple of extra tricks! Pets will react when it’s used on them, jumping in surprise, but don’t worry, no harm is done.
It also makes tackling the ghosts in the Ghost Gallery minigame a little easier, although the basic Ghost Blaster is more than enough to beat it.
